What is Mistall?

Mistall is a place to track all your parking occupancy data, from any vendor. Mistall handles occupancy data for surface lots, facilities, and on-street with ease, both by stall and by zone.

Cameras: In addition to Mistall cameras, we also accept video streams and images from third-party cameras such as LPR cameras, security cameras and webcams.
PARCS: We have integrations to gather live occupancy data from PARCS vendors and single-space sensor companies.
Payments: We can read up-to-the-minute paid occupancy from payment systems such as pay-by-cell providers and multi-space meters.
Manually: You can even enter occupancy and availability by hand to rapidly share with your parkers.

Mistall Dashboard

The Mistall Dashboard is your central command for viewing your system metrics, monitoring your cameras, and generating reports. With a single home-view of all your imagery and KPIs you can see immediately your parking utilization and activity.

All your system configuration is available from the Dashboard, including your cameras, lots, spaces, and parking zones. You control what you share with parkers and what remains private to your staff.

Help your parkers find spaces quickly. Mistall shares real-time parking occupancy and availability from all your parking locations directly with your parkers through our mobile suite of features and white-label options:

Mobile Apps for iOS and Android are a free download for consumers to quickly see where parking is available. Parkers can see additional information about your lots and get driving directions to available parking. Also available as a mobile-optimized website so your parkers don’t have to install an app.
Hands-free parking availability by call and text includes a local phone number dedicated to your parking operation to share availability with parkers.

Electronic Tire Chalking and Directed Enforcement

Mistall automatically provides electronic tire chalking for every parking stall in the system. When a vehicle stays too long Mistall automatically sends a notification based on the rules you define. Alerts are sent by text message, voice call, or email to your enforcement team. Email notifications even include pictures.

Loading zones, EV spaces, metered areas, fire hydrants… you control both the duration and the location. Let the data guide your enforcement directly to where the offenders are located in real-time.

Mistall API

The Mistall Application Programming Interface is built with modern, REST-based web services to give you secure access to all of your data, both live and historical. Parking transactions, KPIs and metrics… even the camera images can be retrieved.

The API offers two-way communications so that you can pull your data into another system, or you can push data from another system into Mistall.
